Every birth parent in the early postpartum weeks deserve at least one postnatal warm oil body care session. This offering supports the body in creating more circulation, promoting the release of oxytocin, and moving the large amount of lymphatic fluid to assist in releasing toxins and excess water retention.

I use warming recipes inspired by “The First Forty Days” that offer complete nourishment for the entire family to encourage a steady postpartum recovery. Recipes such as Ginger Fried Rice, Blueberry Oatmeal Pancakes, & Red Lentil Squash Soup are some of my favorites!


Herbal Baths

Drawing a hot bath for you using herbs such as Rose, Stinging Nettle, Mugwort, Orange Peel, Lavender, Sage, & Peppermint. I will put together a really yummy relaxing candle lit bath experience for the postpartum parent.

Nourishing Herbal Infusions
