Safe Infant Care & Infant Sleep

First & foremost, making sure your newborn baby is safe with me as an overnight postpartum doula is my highest priority.

I will be diaper changing, soothing, swaddling, feeding, baby wearing, and supporting healthy newborn sleep all throughout the night. Tending to their needs & comfort will help you sleep soundly as new parents.

Focus on your Newborn Feeding Journey

Every newborn feeding journey is unique to each family. Many feelings can come up around feeding your newborn and I am here to help..

I am here to love, guide, and provide the best support I can. I am experienced in breastfeeding, bottle feeding, formula feeding, syringe feeding, donor milk, lactation aid tubes, & nipple shields.

Support Parent Sleep

Let’s be honest…. You are here because you need some sleep! The first three months are a huge adjustment and you can’t do it alone.

Getting good sleep is good for you, your body, your partnership, your baby, & your mental/emotional health.

I recommend bringing me on for about 8-10 hours each night 2x a week. I work with families up to the first 3 months postpartum.

Additional Services

I am happy to start a load of baby laundry, fold baby laundry, wash baby bottles, & pick up/organize toys.

My focus is on tending to your newborn. Giving them the attention and comfort they desire throughout the night is my goal. Stepping away to do anything beyond what’s listed above takes me away from being able to be available & tuned in to your newborn’s needs.
