What is Included
Prenatal Support
As a Birth Doula, I want to empower and support you and your loved ones until you meet the newest edition to your growing family! I offer 2-two hour Prenatal meetings which allows us to acquaint ourselves as a birth team. We will go over everything you can expect from the Birth experience, questions to bring up to your providers, labor positions, comfort techniques, & special elements you want to bring into the birth room that reflects the love shared within your family unit.
Labor Support
As a Doula, I will offer grounding labor rituals to evoke the sacredness of each birth experience. Alongside that, I offer emotional, physical, informational support during your entire labor. Once you are in labor, we will work together using natural coping techniques, labor positions, and materials discussed and utilized during our Prenatals & Child Birth Education classes. During our time together immediately following the birth of your baby I will support you with initial breastfeeding & make sure that you and baby are stable. I don’t want to interrupt the Golden Hour that comes directly after my departure.
Immediate Postpartum Support
I will meet with you once postpartum (within two weeks following the birth of your newborn) offering up to 2 hours to debrief about your birth & support initial breastfeeding. This gives us a chance to check in with one another and allows me to assess the well being of the family unit.

Labor has no timeline or specific pattern. Every birth is truly unique and has ranges of normalcy. Therefore, I do not want to put a time limit on the care that I offer during labor.
Being on call as your Birth Doula from week 38 up until the birth of your baby, offering 2 prenatal visits, supporting you throughout the entirety of your labor, having a Back-Up Birth Doula available and on-call, and visiting you in your home within the first 2 weeks following birth are included in this fee.
