As a Doula in Portland Oregon, I have dedicated myself to this line of heartfelt work because I believe that an empowering birth is possible with the right support team and mindset. I understand the unpredictable and wonderfully unique nature of each birth and am honored to guide all my clients with deep listening, attunement, empathy, specialized care, and a grounded presence. I have a deep respect for the rites of passage mothers and families go through and honor the transitional nature of each process with steady care and gentle reverence. 

My Birth Doula style really encompasses supporting movement, massage, breath work, & utilizing the primal voice. I encourage my client’s to dance, sway, moan, groan, growl, rest, nourish, hydrate, ask for help, find their birth rhythm AND take it one step at a time…

As an Overnight Postpartum Doula, I love taking my support one step further. Bringing a baby home can feel delicate & overwhelmingly exciting! Rest is #1 for recovery for both parents. I offer overnight support to families who value rest, mental health, and proper postpartum healing. I offer my services to you and your family during the wee hours of the night and early morning so you can recover faster. I love supporting each family’s unique feeding & infant sleep journey. I am here for all of the subtle ways you and your baby will change and grow over the months I get to love & support your family.

In addition to being a Doula in Portland Oregon, I have enhanced my practice by offering professional Birth & Family Photography for the families I have the honor of supporting as a Doula! We take a deep dive together when I capture the excitement of having a "Baby Bump" with a Maternity Photo Session. Showing up in the raw & wild birth space as a Birth Photographer magnifies the joy I have for my birth work! Each role complementing the other. And lastly, when it is time to bring your baby home, I revel in showing my families the LOVE that I see behind my lens for our Newborn & Family Photo Sessions.
